Regulations that would restrict the use of restraints on pregnant inmates during labor and delivery

I strongly SUPPORT this HUMANE effort to restict the use restraints on female prisoners during labor and child birth. PLEASE make it happen! Respectfully, Dr. Joseph A. Strada
