Please consider the legions of poor and otherwise helpless women in Virginia, whom will be forced to live with one of two outcomes with these preposterous regulations: 1) They will be forced to bear children in the worst of circumstnces - poverty, drug use, neglect, crime, and severe hardship 2) They will be forced to seek out  dangerous resort to back alley abortions. Please refuse to implement these laws!!
