Our Service Facilitator, Braxton Family Services, is far and above the most knowledgeable, helpful resource we have in this whole big messy thing.  We only use respite hours but it is so complicated and no one else ever seems to be able to answer our questions.  In fact, our Medicaid case manager sometimes asks us questions!  Our service facilitator always has the information we need and coaches us through the process to insure we are doing everything by the books.  CDCN is merely a payroll processor and their scope of knowledge is limited to just that and sometimes not even.  I can't imagine there is anyone there that will be able to provide the level of personalized service that we require and get from our service facilitator.
