Families are already facing the EVV requirement implementation this fall - for us, it will add an extra layer of stress to a home life that is already challenging beyond most Americans' comprehension.
We do not need the additional weight of changes to the service facilitation model at this time. Our families are often overloaded and we need our service facilitators available to help us with issues like the EVV implementation.
A cap on hours when so many families are struggling to afford food and groceries is a step in the wrong direction as well.
Our families need more supports, not less.
