Hello my name is Kathy Lang, I am a proud resident of VICTORIA HOUSE  IN VIRGINIA BEACH FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO EXTENE MY GRATITUDE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK ON BEHALF OF OXFORD .I MUST SAY I HAVE TO TELL YOU ALL I PRAISE GOD FOR OXFORD BEING HERE AND RAN THE WAY IT IS .BY DOING SO HELPS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US EMENCLY ...THE SUPPORT THESE HOUSE GIVE TO ONE ANOTHER IS THE MOST HELP TO BE ONE OF THE SAME " SHOOTING FOR THE SAME STAR ...MAY I TELL YOU WHAT BROUGHT ME HER TODAY IN MIDYEAR 2022 I WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL 2 rytheims going on In my heart A full blown addict on the verge of Death .I spent 2 weeks in ice where my Mom was told I may never be able to live alone care for my self Or to make any thing in my life normal ...after 2 weeks of not being able to feed myself walk ,talk normally and or think straight I was transfered to Thailia nursing home rehab expected to be " long term care " another words as if I lived there long story shout Months past got PT done on walker and wheelchair ii was making progress .was put on all kinds of meds And by June of 2023 I was release into this Oxford  house where I am today .was not able to Call it a facility mainly because there was no staff living here We all are learning to live soberly with out relapse .I GARENTEE WITH OUT THE TIME WITH THESE girls living arrangement and being each other's main support we are family shooting for the same star ..WE DO VERY WELL being treated as responsible .being held accountable for iur actions THE way we are set up I Must say with out thos Living arrangement I can say This is my facility with out having " a so call staff on duty .. we are all entitled to live a better life THE support encouragement and the love all us Oxford " addict receive from our program is exactly what has worked like no other THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS ARE MORE OXFORD RAN IN THIS FASHION MYSELF ID BE RIGHT BACK WHERE I WAS IF I HAD NOT HAVE FOUND THIS home I absoulty love this living arrangement I love myself love life .  I can see clearly better outlook better judgement and striving From the bottom of my heart after 50 years of addiction This is my choice and I encourage anyone wanting and needing to get free from addiction our program works I am a walking circle BELIEVE THAT I HAVE A REPORE WITH MY FAMILY MY GRAND KIDS AND AM SO HIGHLY PROUD TO SAY I AM LIVING PROOF OXFORD WORKS LONG TERM .. IS great place to be .I lOVE WHAT OXFORD HAS DONE for me in  MY WORLD .THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the time for allowing myself to give my honest opinion.
