Improving access to care just took the cheap way out! Patients will suffer from inadequate care. The Virginia legislature was hoodwinked into thinking they were meeting the public healthcare needs. The answer was to fund more hygiene schools through the community college system and provide funding for a decent wage for those who teach and administer the programs…. They do that for nursing already….
