I stand with ONCDC. I advocate for changing 8VAC20-781-260 F to remove the 'physical barrier' clause, to allow preschool age children to have the flexibility to have sound only supervision for short periods (expanding bathroom to include the hall or water fountain), and for 8VAC20-781-260 G to include all school age children not begin at 10 years of age.
