I am a licensed child care provider in Virginia, and I oppose the mandatory stock EpiPen requirements. This mandate creates significant financial burdens and liability risks for providers while placing medical responsibilities on individuals without medical training. It has always been a decision between the parents and the children's doctor. They are prescribed EpiPens. You are putting these children's lives in danger. I urge you to reconsider this requirement and develop more practical alternatives.
