STRONGLY OPPOSE- Concerned mom and Family Home childcare provider

Hi,  I am not comfortable carrying epipen in my home childcare. I am an inhome provider which an helper. The reasons for not wanting the epipen:

  1. We are not medical professionals trained to identify weather it is ALLERGY or not.
  2. Financial burden for the traning and to buy the epipens
  3. Having a staff to be trained and be responsible for managing epipen who is just a high school graduate. Finding a good reliable and efficient person is difficult and on top of that I cannt expect them to be medical professional.
  4. I am not going to be liable for something which is not my fault.
  5. As a parent for myself i don't want someone to give epipen if they are not medical professinal.

No means No .....
