A mandate for non-clinical childcare personnel to assess symptoms and dispense a high-potency prescription medication to UNDIAGNOSED children significantly heightens exposure, compounding the impact of rapidly escalating liability insurance premiums across the entire industry. These are young children that likely cannot even properly articulate their symptoms. I think the heart is in the right place on this one, but the practicality is simply not feasible, and quite frankly - dangerous.
