Males are born XY and females are born XX. Sex cannot be changed. The health department should not affirm that men can be women. Men that suffer from gender dysphoria need mental help for this illness. These individuals should not be allowed in spaces where girls and women have a right to privacy and safety. Biological males have genetic characteristics that set them apart from females. It is unfair and dangerous to let men compete in women’s sports.
