Transgenderism is a well-documented and medically-supported way of living. Most fear and disdain for transgender individuals is due simply to ignorance, or fear of the unknown. This sort of persecution and othering has happened with countless other minorities in the past. To segregate trans girls and cis girls would only create a slippery slope to categorize and eliminate this minority. We must defend the rights of all! I urge you to please OPPOSE THIS PETITION! Trans athletes deserve to play sports, not be smudged away from aspects of public life. Trans people are real people.
