I am the grandfather of a very talented, beginning female gymnast (11 years old). She is already training several hours a day and has won one state title in her age group. She wants to compete in a Division I university with the best female athletes. She also wants to change clothes and shower in a locker room where there are no men watching her. Men should only be watching her when she is competing.
It is interesting that many (perhaps most) of the so-called "trans women" once competed as men and never won anything - often finishing near the bottom in track, swimming, etc. Then they decide that they are really girls or women (even with genitals intact and large muscles to show for it) and suddenly are winning gold medals. I'm sure you can see how unfair - even ridiculous - that this is to female athletes.
I hope you will consider fairness and privacy for women when you engage in rulemaking.
