People can Identify however they like but it does not make it true. The reality is there are male and female sports for a reason, Title IX. Before mental illness was normalized, men did not complain about Title IX. They understand why it was created, for fair, equal, and safe competition for women. As health professionals you understand that biological boys have an advantage over girls (larger muscle mass, lung capacity, bone structure. This is REALITY. You have a duty to stop normalizing mental illness as it has now affected the general population of sane people. You have a duty to keep narcissistic men who think they have a RIGHT to women’s private spaces out of girls locker rooms and restrooms. You have a duty to protect girls from the discrimination of boys taking their sports. 

I urge the Virginia Board of Health to approve this petition for rule making to limit female sports and spaces to biological women only. This is not about discrimination; it’s about fairness, safety, and truth. Ignoring biological reality in favor of ideology harms women and girls the most. The state has a duty to protect its citizens, especially the most vulnerable, from policies that erase meaningful distinctions between male and female. Please approve this request for rulemaking and help Virginia lead the way in protecting women’s sports and spaces.
