I strongly urge and request that Virginia Board of Health take measures, including rule-making, to protect our girls by mandating that female sports and spaces be restricted to females, to specifically exclude young men parading as girls.  Embrace the science of biology that there are only two sexes and two genders.  To ignore this reality will only harm our girls.  The government magistrate was established to protect its citizens and especially those most vulnerable from harm and exploitation.  I implore you to approve our request for rulemaking and thereby stand in the gap to protect women's sports and spaces in Virginia.
