As a Virginian and parent of a female athlete, I urge the VA Board of Health to approve this petition for rule making to limit female sports and spaces to biological women only. This is not about discrimination; it’s about fairness, safety, and truth. Ignoring biological reality in favor of ideology harms women and girls the most.  There can be no denying that a biological male has advantages in women’s sport.  Allowing these individuals to compete against biological females strips women of victories that have been hard won.  It is unfair and unsafe.  Please approve this request for rulemaking and help Virginia lead the way in protecting women’s sports and spaces.
