I strongly oppose this petition. There is no scientific or public health evidence on which to base this action. Trans women and girls are female and should be used to further a political agenda. In addition the Board has no legal authority to take this type of action.

This petition is part of a coordinated attack on trans rights, women’s rights, and civil rights in Virginia. This is not about fairness, it's about control. Please deny this petition.
