The Family Foundation has filed a petition with the Viriginia Regulatory Town Hall asking that the Virginia Board of Health declare that trans women are a threat to public health.

On its "About Us" webpage, The Family Foundation describes itself as a faith-based organization. One would think that the self-described faithful would live by Leviticus 19:18, "Love thy neighbor as thyself." The petition that the Foundation filed is the antithesis of Christian doctrine.

I urge the Viriginia Regulatory Town Hall to uphold the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment which guarantees that no state shall deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
