I’m a parent of three daughters, two of whom currently play sports in Virginia and one who has in the past. I want my girls, their friends, and all girls in Virginia to grow up in a state that values their safety and dignity. These girls should never be forced to share private facilities with biological males, nor should they be put in the position of losing the opportunity for athletic achievements because of an unfair playing field. Please propose regulations that would protect the rights, privacy, and athletic opportunities of young women across Virginia.
