You must use your position and influence to settle the issue of biological males being banned from biological females sports and facilities!  It is the ONLY intelligent and scientific thing to do.

As a mental health professional in VA, I must call out our leaders on their incredulous lack of knowledge and understanding on this issue!  As a professional, we use the Diagnostic Service Manual to identify and treat verified mental illness.  Gender dysphoria is listed.  Based on required research standards of length of study, control group, size and composition of the study, supported by empirical and verifiable results and conclusion, there are NO VALID RESEARCH SUPPORTING THE LONG TERM TREATMENT VIA "TRANSITIONING".  None.  The studies you may have been presented fail research standards.  I have read many of them.

So the excuse that "they need to be accepted and included" is little more than pandering and emotional reaction.  We do not treat mental illness (DSM) by catering to it.   Endangering real females to do so, not only is intellectually unfounded and irresponsible, it is causing harm to those who are actually healthy!

I will be following the votes of my elected representatives and any of them that do not vote to defend women and girls will be expected to provide a public rationale, which I will publish, along with my rebuttal.
