I urge the Virginia Board of Health to approve rulemaking to limit female sports and spaces to biological women only.  Women and girls deserve to compete in sports in a safe and fair environment. Importantly, they also deserve privacy and safety in their locker rooms. Limiting athletic participation to biological sex is not a political issue and should not be treated as such.
