Trans people are real. Disallowing trans girls/women from playing girls/women sports is discrimination. Sure, considerations should be made for the inclusion of the very few trans athletes in the state. VHSL had a good set of policies that were used successfully for 10 years and accounted for such common sense considerations. Let’s return to those.
Disallowing trans girls from playing girls sports actually HARMS females. Imagine cis females who happen to appear “too” strong, being asked to prove their gender! Such scenarios are already occurring in other localities with bans.
