I urge the Virginia Board of Health to approve this petition for rulemaking to limit female sports and spaces to biological women only. This is not about discrimination but about the safety of our girls and women. As a grandmother of three young girls I want them to have the opportunity to compete in sports safely and fairly. Ignoring biological reality in favor of ideology harms our girls the most. The state has a responsibility to protect its citizens, especially those that are the most vulnerable, from policies that erase meaningful distinctions between male and female.
