To whom it may concern, 

Facts: nursing shortage / continually growing list of responsibilities of nurses / rarely receive pay increases / numerous hospitals don’t assist nurses with or compensate nurses for certifications, degrees or other successes / hospitals do not assist with recertification dues / so many other reasons. 

We ask that this increase does not go through as the majority of us are middle class workers already fighting the worst taxes, having both parents working in families having to pay for childcare, and many other reasons to not have to worry about more money coming from our pay checks.
