I don't think there should be an fee increase. Nurses are already at an shortage.  I feel this increase will hurt current Nurses renewing their license, possibly not able to afford this increase. It will also hurt Nursing students coming into the field, who are not working or working part-time. A fee increase will hurt the Nursing field.
