This is completely ridiculous. I can barely afford to feed my family but this is what you all want to do? We are already stressed, tired, worn out, and underpaid. You are supposed to help nurses and all you do is bring them down. Why not take a pay cut? Budget better? If anything lower the fee since we have to pay for everything else. Help nurses, not hold them back.
