Unwarranted taxes such as this license renewal increase will result in fewer folks going into nursing.  It comes at a time when the nursing profession needs more support from the Commonwealth, not a tax on their livelihood.  We need to encourage young talent to consider nursing as a profession; this increase will do the opposite.
