In order to work as a nurse you need a nursing license from the state.  This is a cost the individual person must bare.  Organizations do not cover or reimburse the cost.  If the cost of a nursing license increases, it is going to deter people from entering or staying in the profession.  There is already a shortage of RNs in the workforce.  With less RNs it means less patients cared for.  60% is way too much.  Please reconsider this increase.
