Start charting this, you all need to start doing this, now you need to start doing this, and charting that. It is something new every day with less and less resources and staff. And now, increase our costs just for our license?? I'd be willing to bet this increase in licensure fees won't be going to my hourly rate.. 

It's sad how we treat the pillars our all hospitals.
