On behalf of the South Carolina Optometric Physicians Association, we are in full support of the current draft regulations as presented without any changes. This will improve the overall access to care and healthcare to the Virginia residents. Optometrist are highly skilled physicians with extensive training to perform these procedures and make the lives of patients better.
