I respectfully oppose this regulatory action as it singles out the deer and bear hound hunters, who are unfortunately declining in numbers as it is  and historical data show no overwhelming data that points to any sizable numbers of laws being broken. 

I've been a hunter since I was a kid, enjoying all forms of this sport, and have been a faithful participant and advocate of hound hunting most of my life, owning beagles alongside my brother. We bide by the law, honor the law, and this action will be detrimental to the effective retrieval of our beloved hounds. While I honestly respect other landowners' rights and privacy, I ensure that I responsibility monitor my dogs while out in the field and with the use of GPS system and knowledge of the land I hunt, I rarely have any issues, quickly and promptly retrieve my hound(s).
