Oppose Dog trespassing bill .

I completely oppose this bill for several reasons. Dog hunting in state of Virginia has been part of our heritage since Colonial days when our friends from across the pond brought hounds over here to fox hunt . I realize times have changed and a lot of Rural areas are not so rural anymore, I have issue with individuals buying a 5 acre tract that borders 2000acres that hunt club leases and homeowners think they own 500 acres a hound running game will blow through 5 acre piece in minutes. And Hunter nor Hounds have any control over which direction the game will run no matter where you cast them. Back to homeowners this was never problem til People very north of us started coming to Virginia to retire because cost of living is less . And we all know above Mason Dixon line Dog hunting is not permanent. Their type of hunting is sitting over a baited site where is the sport in that . I've heard so much about corporations wanting to dismantle dog hunting for paid hunts through Outfitters owned by corporations which will cripple hunting for typical hunter do to cost of the hunts . This bill is only a stepping stone to end Dog hunting in Virginia all together. That will directly affect the States revenue by millions .
