This regulation change should be opposed by the Board and enforcement of laws and regulations already on the books should be increased. We have laws and regulations already in place that DWR is unable to enforce and this will only cause more strain on an already understaffed agency as well as creating more division between hunters and increased false allegations against hound hunters by those who want to do away with it. Oppose this regulation change
