Our club has been hunting with dogs since the early 1900’s. If DWR passes these proposals it will continue to erode hunter numbers and keep the younger generation from hunting which are the future . Our club has an average of 30 members of ages of 10 to 80 that manage the deer population for future seasons and also keep the population under control at the same time. Without dog hunting and dog hunting clubs the deer population will soon be overpopulated which leads to disease. There is no possible way that still hunters can keep the deer population under control like dog hunters.
