Any regulation added to hunting with hounds will only negatively effect those who already do everything they can to respect other’s property. Regulations like the ones proposed are vaguely written and offer ways to abuse the rules by people opposed to hunting with dogs to target neighbors who aren’t necessarily doing anything wrong
