Affects same opiod receptors as CHEESE. Should we regulate cheese?!

Most of these comments supporting are clueless. Speaking of smoking kratom right away you have no idea what you are talking about and you are just regurgitating something an alphabet agency told you was science, but you haven't taken the time to deeply educate yourself on the subject. When a plant leaf (similar to coffee or tea) that has been safely consumed for many years is being demonized you have to look at the interests of the people involved. Just as I wouldn't take the word of a kratom salesman as gospel, I would hope people would realize there are agendas on the other side with more money and power. Bottom line...most of the world is lethargic and grumpy without their coffee and that is comparable (for me) to the dependence experienced from kratom. The "dangers" being spoken of are grossly exhaggerated. Placing this plant leaf in the category with dangerous, addictive drugs is simply inaccurate at best and harmful to those dependant on it for anxiety, depression, and pain relief at worst.
