Kratom has been a great alternative for hydrocodone for me. I have a variety of autoimmune conditions and a congenital bone deformity that cause alot of pain. Along with osteoarthritis and chronic migraine. Kratom helps with the pain and fatigue and brain fog.  It's also a great bridge for when the hydrocodone doesn't stretch as far as it should.  You must think of those who cannot get help with pain because of the opioid scare. Kratom is way better than cannabis as it doesn't cause a high so to speak.  More oversight is need for high quality, unadulterated Kratom. Please consider the value of Kratom vs the value of synthetic pharmaceuticals. Safer for sure. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment.
