Kratom has helped my chronic spinal pain enormously with no notable side effects. I wish I could say it has not made me as mobile as I was 20 years ago, but unfortunately my degenerative conditions are far too advanced which landed me on permanent disability in 2012. However, kratom helps take the edge off of my pain, which is certainly better than the synthetic opioids, which I was previously prescribed by doctors, which were only effective for a few months and then it was very painful to titrate off of them. That is really saying something! Another great advantage has been the fact that if I need to stop talking Kratom, I have never experienced any deleterious effects whatsoever, when doing so. Even after stopping for a week at a time, which would have been physically impossible with Oxycodone or any of the opioid family of pain medications. I hope and pray that this gift from nature is never allowed to be taken from the hands of those that rely on Kratom for a happier, and healthier state of mind, and body. It has been a heaven send! The FDA is circulating false information about Kratom and they know it, as they’re under pressure from big pharma to have it banned, so we are fighting hard to stop that.
