Banning Kratom is Unjustified and Gratuitously Withdraws a Dramatically Beneficial Gherapeutic Aid

There is no science behind banning or limiting consumers’ access to Kratom.  If there were, the FDA would have succeeded in its original intent to ban it.  It is an important and beneficial therapeutic option that, like almost everything, is harmful only in ridiculous high doses or abused.   The safety profile is akin to if not better than that of Tylenol, but its therapeutic benefits are far greater.  When a governmental body chooses to deprive consumers of choices and freedom, it should do so only in the most compelling of circumstances.  And this ain’t that.  Don’t be stupid.  Leave Kratom alone.
