Any waste or trash from fishing vessels, cruise ships, cargo ships or any vessel are, by law, supposed to discard their trash or bodily fluid matter 3 miles into the ocean! The Chesapeake Bay is fast becoming a dumping ground and CESS POOL! This disrespect and disregard for this Treasure needs to stop now!!!
