I would like to urge the State of Virginia to drastically curtail the harvest of menhaden in the Chesapeake bay.  Menhaden are the most important forage species for the popular east coast sport fisheries.

The health of the rockfish stocks are reaching a critically low point.  The rapid decline may soon force a moratorium which would have devastating economic effect throughout the bay 

Please stop the pillaging of the police stocks before it is too late.
