I am not opposed to the course but will this be in addition to the 28 hours or part of the 28 hours. I am against adding more hours.  Also this should not be needed every 2 years.  It is already redundant taking the same classes over and over again. Taking this every 2 years is too much.  Make it every 6 years or something.
