Consumption of high emission fuels like diesel should only be on a contingency basis where there is a blackout and zero electric supply.  This should again be a temporary use case. We cannot allow companies to switch fuel source as a cost cutting measure. They should look for other ways of cost efficiency. Let’s look at ways to keep Loudoun green and also a strong business prospect in a sustainable way.
