Parents who are missing work to care for their children with disabilities are very unlikely to be making money this way since the reimbursement rate is significantly lower than most people are earning in their primary jobs. Please do not make caring for a disabled child harder than it already is by requiring them to find someone willing to add them to their payroll. The only people who will benefit from this will be the agencies who will now be able to bill you for their unneeded services.
