As a lifetime caregiver for my brother, I have many concerns with this proposed action. One main concern is the inability of parents being able to find adequate help for their child. I know how hard it is to find and keep, reliable, honest and compassionate caregivers.  In our current socioeconomic world, NO ONE wants to work!! That's not just a local or community problem, it is across our entire United States.  Try finding a shift of at least 3 people to come into a home and provide care. It's called IMPOSSIBLE.  Another reason that many parent/caregivers murder their loved one and then, themselves. I understand...it's a very critical situation to be in on a daily basis.
