I really appreciate the detail included in this plan. So many times, DEI or public engagement plans are vague and consist mainly of platitudes about engaging all citizens, striving for equality, etc. etc. without any details about what that means to the organization - how they will actually accomplish it. This plan, on the other hand, lays out a detailed menu of actions DCR is committing itself to. I also greatly appreciate the acknowledgement of the importance of place and time for engagement opportunities.  I think this is really well considered and I support it.
