Continue Virtual Visits Option

I am Employer of Record for a family with a child who has severe disabilities and an immunity deficiency.  The single mother has struggled to keep her son safe during the days of the pandemic and now, with the flu and RSV.  With the proposed change in the opportunity of virtual visits, I am afraid that he will be in real danger of contracting one of the prevailing diseases.  If that happens, he life could be in danger.

I beg you to reconsider and, at the very least, continue to offer as an option to qualified individuals the continuance of virtual visits.  At the very least, abide by the Americans with Disabilities Act and consider families that submit requests for Reasonable Accomadations for the visits.  Thank you!
