I have been a Life Member of the Loyal Order of Moose for many years. I have donated my time as an officer of 2 local lodges since I became a member. I am a Past Governor and a Past President. I am also Past president of the District I belong to.  Before I became a Moose Member I joined the F.O.E.  which is another Great organization. If you go with the proposed regulation you will kill many of these organizations. It will also hurt many people that they help like myself. As I said I donated my time for many years than became unemployed. My local lodge has given me the opportunity to be employed again.
