To begin with, PLEASE allow us to use the funds to help keep our doors open! Forcing us to spend 40% on donations out of the total gross net, while in practice a good thing, it will cripple our ability to remain open and serve our communities. We should not have to be forced to spend 40% of all moneys collected but only on the portion we keep after paying our gaming company. We need to be able to pay our employees from these funds as well. We DO NOT make enough money to pay them without using these funds.  Also restricting us on how we use the funds to pay our bills WILL force many of our clubs to shut down. They will not be able to remain open as we depend on these funds to help us pay our bills and stay open.  Also the additional $200 fee for electronic gaming is like double charging us for our gaming permits. This mandatory donation idea is NOT in the best interest of not only the organizations impacted but the people we are trying to serve.
