Most of us know what this is all about  voter suppression.  This is a solution looking for a problem (not a problem looking for a solution).  If this was really about making sure the right person(s) was voting there would be a consistent set of rules and a consistent method of implementing instead of "gotcha" methods and unclear and inconsistent "rules."  How about a conscious communication plan giving people imformation and time to comply?  That's right . . .  then that really would be about assuring the only people voting were qualified . . . instead this is about suppressing elegable voters  and calling it  "enforcing voter laws."  Wake up people . . .
